I NEVER take advice from someone who doesn't take their own advice.
So calming and such a beautiful area. How much electricity did you generate in the end?
Poor fellar doesn’t know what a hoe and a wheel barrow can do….
Nicely constructed, I just wish I had a stream. Good job
Bro, this is so cool. Good job to you!
e ye opener ,thanks for making this videos, greetings from Mizoram
Que c'est beau, le jardin de mes rêves 😘
Just started watching have a question, what is the volume the diameter math you use to determine the size of wheel and how much does width come in to play? Thank you
Amazing place.
Would be awesome to see what everything looks like in 2018
Well nice to be fair lovely

And can you sale a system
Can you tell where are located?
your property is very beautiful
Where is this? The foliage tells me that it doesn't look like England, but I could be wrong.
Still an awesome job, nicely done!
Very Nice I would love to do this here in Chile but my sluce would have to be really long. I may have to use pipe instead. Jim
Great video! Beautiful place.
insted of handmix or cement mixer, you could buy an electric drill and a mixer for that, its cheaper and more suited for home stuff..
very well done
What is the insect population like?
I can't believe you did all that concrete mixing in that little bucket. A lesser man would have dropped dead. Hats off to you sir.
Question: if there is already an existing sluice gate behind the one you installed (the one that you use to hold the diversion pipe) why are you installing this one? I'm guessing because it's too far back and you need one further forward to channel the water into the headrace?
Hi Henry, thanks for a great series!
What a beautiful peace of property!!
Hi Henry, thanks for a great series! My friend and I are planning a similar project at his house which happens to have a stream, mill building, (filled in) sluice pond and all, in Snowdonia. The stream has a similar head of 2.7m and I'd be really interested what flow you had on your stream and what sizing of generator you went for?
We took an initial flow measurement this weekend using the bucket method but recorded an underwhelming 2.7l/s. I suspect that due to the geography of the area, the flow varies a lot with rainfall and snow melt on the mountains, so hopefully the average is significantly higher, and we can use the sluice pond to even the variation out.
Du you have any information about dimention of water wheel man
it looks great
Very cool! Appreciate you documenting it. I had a stream by my house growing up – would kill for one now! The concrete jungle isn't all it's made out to be 🙂
Build a dam breach
Did you kill the frog
Good video Henry Walker and a great mason too!!!
Henry when are you going to upload the next video? I know you hear this a LOT. LOL. SORRY MATE! 😃👍🏼
It's simple. Just go to INPLIX page and make it yourself.
Will you have a cool looking mechanism for the wheel when the flow rate changes from season to season?
Wow
love to see the completed micro hydro with the wheel
damn. i need a property with a creek…
this was posted in 2015. Right now . . . it has 2015 views . . .
